For the year 2020, Tristan Thompson will have his work cut out for him if he wants to have any chance of winning his ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Khloe Kardashian.
In the past few months, Tristan has been publicly proclaiming his love for the reality TV star. He wrote beautiful messages and even sent her large bouquets in hopes of rekindling the flames of love.
The pair split after True’s mother caught her baby daddy cheating with Jordyn Woods. A source recently spoke to Hollywood Life and confessed that Khloe has closed that chapter of her life.
The person in the know stated: “Tristan saying he wants to go all-in on winning Khloe back, of course, makes her feel good, but she’s let him and everyone around her know that she’s not interested in doing anything other than co-parenting with him. Khloe is said to be over the moon because the basketball star is spending more time with his daughter True, but she I not ready to get back with him.”
The insider went on to say: “Things have gotten so much better between them, but she would never be able to trust him again after he cheated on her. Khloe has worked really hard to move on and learn to trust again. She’s happy Tristan sees more of True, and they’re able to communicate better finally, but there’s nothing he can do to win her back romantically,”
Another source confirmed that Tristan reunited with Khloe at the family’s Christmas party which was also attended by Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott and this is how things went down: “There was no PDA or romance when it came to Travis and Tristan at the party with Khloe and Kylie, they were strictly on daddy duty and enjoying all the entertainment and food and were just chatting away and were just laying loose.”
The insider continued: “For them, they enjoyed the relaxation of it all. There wasn’t any drama with any family members; everyone was having a nice time, and in the holiday spirit and things were mostly all for the kids, it was a very safe and calm get together. No one was going to make the night about their relationships or lack thereof, and it was about being around everyone for Christmas.”
