Karen Hauer, 37, who was previously married to Kevin Clifton, 37, recently showcased her washboard abs on Instagram as she enjoys a romantic getaway with her boyfriend David Webb, 35. The Strictly Come Dancing 2019 star took to the picture-sharing site today and spoke candidly about “persevering” as we head into 2020.
In view of her 219,000 followers, the ballroom professional shared a video clip of herself performing a headstand.
She was joined by her beau as the pair trained together and the Venezuelan-born beauty showcased her incredible figure.
The Strictly star captioned the post: “I’ve always wanted to be able to do a headstand and I was afraid to try it because I thought I’d either not do it right or fall over. And you know what, I did fall over and I did get it wrong, but I also persevered with it and I’m pretty happy with what I can do now and hopefully next year I’ll be even happier with how it looks.”

Most fans guessed that Karen will be launching a fitness program, with one writing: “Is it anything to do with exercise?” to which the dancer replied: “Maybe!!!”
Karen has certainly been posting plenty of her workouts on her social media pages, coining the hashtag “Hauer power” for her body weight routines and dance-themed cardio intervals.
Meanwhile, the BBC One star, who made it all the way to the semi final with her partner, comedian Chris Ramsey, 33, on this year’s Strictly, recently flaunted her figure on Instagram during a relaxing getaway to the Caribbean.
Karen shared a picture on Instagram from sunny Saint Martin, a half French speaking island in the Caribbean Sea.
In the picture, the stunning dancer showed off her sensational figure in a classic black bikini as she talked to two dogs in the sunshine.
Her washboard abs were on full-display in the tiny two-piece and were her toned and tanned body.
The World Mambo champion jokingly captioned the snap: “Can’t believe only one of them can understand my French.”
