When trying to track down the killer, they find traces of a rare paint scraped into the victim Greg’s car.
As the type of paint is so rare, the team are able to find out the paint matched a Maserati belonging to a woman named Tabitha Summers (played by Tracy Scoggins).
She is brought in for questioning when as she enters, Agent Tony Dinozzo (Michael Weatherly) admires how attractive she is and makes a joke about her being a cougar.
Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) replies cougars only want to date young man, insinuating that would not be Tony.
