A Place In The Sun star Jasmine Harman hits back at co-host's move: 'I had my revenge'

Jasmine Harman, 44, has revealed she wanted to get her own back on fellow A Place In The Sun presenter Laura Hamilton, 37, for “stitching her up” on Instagram. The TV personality opened up about her colleagues from the Channel 4 show in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk and explained she was less than impressed by one of Laura’s cheeky plans.

While opening up about her relationships with her co-hosts, she divulged: “I obviously know Johnny (Irwin) really well because we’ve worked together for so long and we always have good banter and I know Laura really well.

“We see quite a lot of each other outside of work because we live very close to each other and have children the same age. We get to hang out as well.”

In spite of their close friendship, Jasmine admitted she plotted revenge on Laura after she secretly uploaded a video of her working out in the gym on Instagram.

Jasmine continued: “She’s always stitching me up, she does all sorts of things.

“The one that springs to mind is when I was in a fitness class and when I came out she was outside the door and she said, ‘You’re going to kill me’ and I said, ‘What have you done?’ and she said, ‘I’ve just filmed you in your class and put it on Instagram.’”

Fortunately, Jasmine didn’t let Laura get away with it and triumphed when they competed in a fitness challenge together.

She explained: “At the same time she challenged me to this fitness challenge, which we did.

“I got her back for it because I beat her so I had a bit of revenge, victory was very sweet. We get on really well as well.”

The property expert added: “I look to Laura’s abs and say, ‘That’s what I want,’ but I’m much taller than her, I’m 5’9, you can get away with a bit more if you’re taller.”

Elsewhere, Jasmine recently took to Instagram to speak out on her “disastrous week” after suffering a series of mishaps.

In view of her 28,000 followers, she said: “I’ve had a bit of disastrous week so far. I don’t know what is wrong with me but I managed to leave my suitcase in the middle of London Victoria train station.

“I’ve scratched my car and I’ve turned up to the gym wearing my boots instead of my trainers. And I’ve forgot my trainers at home.”

Fortunately, the star revealed things were not all bad as she feasted on a savoury treat.

“But one good thing that has happened this week, is my local bakery has launched their new vegan steak and mushroom slice,” Jasmine explained.

Jasmine, who sticks to a Vegan diet, continued: “All vegan and completely delicious.

“So well done Sean for developing this recipe. It’s awesome.”

A Place In The Sun airs today at 4pm on Channel 4.
