Rachel Riley, 33, took to Twitter to share another adorable photo of her newborn daughter Maven with her 653,000 followers this evening. The Countdown presenter and her husband Pasha Kovalev, 39, welcomed their first child into the world earlier this week, but were unable to make it to the hospital on time.
Rachel revealed she gave birth in the couple’s bathroom with the help of midwives who “rushed” to be by her side “just in time”.
In the new mum’s latest update, she wished her fans a “Happy Chanukah” and thanked them for their “lovely messages” about Maven.
Rachel posted a picture cuddling her little one at home, as she smiled for the camera.
Maven looked sweet in a red ladybird printed onesie, while her mum opted for a comfy black T-shirt and minimal make-up.

She shared a series of family photos in front of their Christmas tree.
Maven was dressed in a rainbow knitted onesie, matching Rachel’s sweater, which featured a similar colour scheme in an embroidered stripe.
The star was pictured cuddling up to her husband, who smiled alongside her in their living room.
