Donald Trump Addresses His Impeachment – Check Out What He Had To Say!

After the House of Representatives voted for President Donald Trump to be impeached, he took to his favorite social media platform, Twitter, to address the situation. Here’s what he had to say!

Trump posted a picture and a message attached to it, suggesting that the opposition is ‘after’ the people of the country by trying to take him down.

As you may know, this comes after the House of Representatives surprisingly approved an article for abuse of power as well as a second one for obstruction of Congress.

More simply put, Trump is accused of betraying the United States for his own benefits.

Regardless of this, the former reality TV star and businessman wrote: ‘In reality they’re not after me. They’re after you. I’m just in the way.’

The strongly-worded claim was accompanied by a picture of him pointing his finger at the camera.

Furthermore, while at a campaign rally in Battle Creek, Michigan, Trump told his supporters that he had no concerns over his impeachment.

‘I don’t know about you, but I’m having a good time. I’m not worried,’ multiple outlets reported he stated.

And that’s not all! In a clip obtained by NBC, he once again seemed unbothered, saying that the Senate would ultimately do the ‘right thing.’

‘We had 198 to 229. We did not lose one Republican vote and 3 Democrats voted for us. The Republican party’s never been so affronted, but they have never been so united as they are now… I know the senators, and they are great guys and women too. We have some great women, we have great guys. They love this country. They are going to do the right thing.’
