Jenna Dewan And Channing Tatum Are ‘On Poor Terms’ After Their Split, Claims Insider

Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum finalized their divorce last month after eight years of marriage. But, a once amicable split has turned nasty as the couple has reportedly been fighting over the co-parenting of their six-year-old daughter Everly, and neither of them are big fans of how the other has chosen to move on with their life.

Dewan wrote about her divorce from Tatum in her new book Gracefully You: Finding Beauty and Balance in the Everyday. She admitted that the process wasn’t easy, and she also confessed that it took “a whole lot of wine” to get through it, as well as “deep, painful big cries.”

“The process wasn’t cute, light or fluffy,” wrote Dewan. “It was a dark and difficult time, for sure.”

The Flirty Dancing host – who is now expecting a child with her new boyfriend Steve Kazee – also talked about how she heard about Tatum’s new relationship with singer Jessie J., writing that she was on a plane and found out along with everyone else. Dewan admitted she was “blindsided” by the news.

According to Radar Online, things have gotten even worse between the exes, and they no longer respect each other. At this point, they are leading very different lives, and it’s getting harder and harder to “stay on the same page.”

“They’re on poor terms nowadays with very little love or common respect for how they’ve each decided to live their respective lives,” claims an insider. “Jenna sees Channing as a heartless cheeseball who’s rushed way too quickly into the romance with Jessie J.”

On the flipside, Tatum sees his ex-wife as “a hypocrite” who is “super-controlling and petty-minded.”

Dewan and Tatum share custody of Everly, and she alternates between her parents’ homes for vacations and holidays. But, Tatum recently upset Dewan when he asked for the judge’s help in determining the schedule, and he also made it clear that he didn’t want his ex-wife posting overt pics of Everly on social media.

Another source told Life & Style that Dewan believes Tatum is changing things just to annoy her. She didn’t appreciate that the Magic Mike star went through the courts to deal with their custody schedule and “created unnecessary drama” instead of calling her.

The source says that the deterioration of Dewan and Tatum’s relationship is “a shame for the kid’s sake,” but they continue to get “more hostile towards each other as time wears on.”
