EastEnders fans are in for a terrifying showdown between Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and villain Leo King (Tom Wells), after he was outed as the son of Tony King’s (Chris Coghill), who abused Whitney when she was younger before being sent to prison where he later took his own life. Viewers have watched as Leo wooed Whitney over the past few months before being sussed out by Tiffany Butcher (Maisie Smith).
Fans speculated Leo wasn’t who he appeared to be and they were correct.
Now, they’re worried for Whitney’s safety as Leo has her held hostage in a hotel room.
And, as his evil plan comes to light after blaming her all these years for his dad’s death, could she be in real danger?
On Tuesday’s episode of the BBC soap, the pair spent time together at a swanky hotel, as she was still unaware of his true identity.
But fan’s watched as Tiffany sussed the menace out and managed to get through to her in her hotel room.
She said: “Leo is Tony’ son. He’s sick Whitney, I don’t know what he’s playing at but you need to get out of there now.”

Her face dropped as she learnt the horrific news and as she tries to escape the room in her dressing gown while Leo’s in the bathroom, he appeared behind her and blocked the door before she could leave.
Will anyone be able to save her from the imminent threat?
The episode ended as Tiffany recruited Whitney’s ex fiancé Callum Highway (Tony Clay) to help save her from Leo’s grasps, but will they get there in time?
Taking to Twitter, fans of the show were desperate for Whitney to break free of the horrific ordeal.
One posted: “I swear leo best not hurt my whit.”
Elsewhere in Walford, Sharon Mitchell (played by Letitia Dean) is running out of time before her big secret comes out about her affair with Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
After revealing the truth to Lisa (Lucy Benjamin) in a dramatic twist last week, is she now in a vulnerable position?
Viewers have seen Sharon go to great lengths to stop her bad boy husband from finding out what’s been going on under his nose, but how much longer can she keep Phil (Steve McFadden) off the scent?
Will she set out to shut Lisa’s mouth for good, in one final bid to stop the truth from coming out as she is set to give birth?
Lisa is set to leave the soap in the next couple of months, so could Sharon be behind her departure as she is running out of options?
But unfortunately, the truth is set to reveal itself regardless.
Spoilers have revealed that Phil will put things together on Christmas Eve and drop the bombshell as the Mitchells and Beales come together to celebrate the festivities.
With the garage owner’s track history, Sharon and Keanu are left fearing for their lives, as Phil goes about devising a deadly plan.
He won’t let Sharon get away with what she’s done, but as she’s still pregnant, he’s more likely to take the brunt of his anger out on Keanu, and viewers already know he’s not afraid of the law when it comes to getting revenge, proving he’s not one to be messed with.
But will Keanu get away before the tenacious Mitchell finds out the truth?
Or will he make sure he has him for breaking his and Louise’s hearts?
