PSG pipped Real Madrid to Mbappe’s signing in the crazy summer of 2017 but Los Blancos have a long-standing interest.
Former Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev had a close relationship with Mbappe during his teenage years in Monte Carlo and said he expects him to join Real in the future, in a dent to Liverpool’s hopes which were published earlier this season by El Desmarque.
“Kylian told me: ‘Vadim, I feel it deep inside me, it is too early [to leave France],'” Vasilyev told Telefoot in November.
