Speaking in an interview earlier this month, Hillary Clinton said she thought about being President “all the time”.
She told BBC Radio she thinks “all the time about what kind of president I would have been, and what I would have done differently, and what I think it would have meant to our country and the world.”
“So of course, I think about it. I think about it all the time.”
When pressed to say whether she would “100 percent” rule out running again, she revealed she was “under enormous pressure” but would not take the plunge.
