Elon Musk humiliated: LEGO mock Tesla CEO over Cybertruck fail after windows smash

Elon Musk yelled out “oh my f***ing god” after the metal ball hit the window and it smashed. The Tesla CEO asked the assistant to throw the ball at the another “bulletproof” window which also smashed. But now Lego have added to the embarrassment as they took a swipe at Mr Musk.

Lego’s Twitter page shared an image of a Lego with wheels and said: “The evolution of the truck is here. Guaranteed shatterproof.”

Twitter users were shocked by the “roast” online.

One said: “I’m at a loss for words, honestly. I’m not sure if I should applaud, scream in terror, laugh, or just cease my state of being.”

Another added: “It looks better than the Cybertruck.”

The South African technology entrepreneur has since explained why the Cybertruck windows smashed during the presentation.

Mr Musk wrote on Twitter: “Sledgehammer impact on door cracked base of glass, which is why steel ball didn’t bounce off.

“Should have done steel ball on window, *then* sledgehammer the door. Next time.”

But some Twitter users weren’t so convinced as the ball had smashed two windows but the assistant had only sledgehammered one door.

He joked at the time: “It didn’t go through, that’s the plus side.”

Mr Musk had earlier claimed the vehicle is “literally bulletproof to a 9mm handgun”.

Since the embarrassing incident, Mr Musk’s company shares have significantly fallen.

His net worth fell by $768 million (£598 million) on Friday after the launch.
