One of the biggest breakout stars of Strictly Come Dancing, Alex Scott, 35, has been romantically linked to her partner Neil Jones, 37. In a magazine interview the pair discussed the rumours and where they see each of their love lives heading.
Neil split from his wife of six years, Katya Jones this summer.
The Strictly pro told Hello! Magazine that both are completely focused on doing their very best on Strictly.
He said: “There’s nothing on our minds but the show – we don’t have time to think about anything else.”
He added that since he’s only just come out of his longterm relationship with Katya, dating isn’t a priority.
The Strictly pro explained: “I’m single but I haven’t even thought about dating. Coming out of a long-term relationship I’m just focusing on Strictly.”
In the same interview, football player turned sports pundit Alex said that she was single, and not in a rush to settle down.
She said: “I’m single but it’s not like I need to find someone.
“I like things to happen organically and if someone comes into my life and we get on, then great.
The caption implies that she had been using the dating app Tinder, but her presence on the dating tool remains unconfirmed.
As for Neil, he announced his split with wife and fellow Strictly dancer Katya Jones with a joint formal statement.
The statement included: “Hi everyone. As our fans and loyal supporters, you are really important to us and so we wanted to let you know some news.
“After 11 years we have made the mutual decision to separate. We will always love each other, just in a different way as friends.
“This will never change what a great team we make and we are really proud of everything we have achieved together.
“Our shared love of dance means we will keep working and dancing together as well as exploring individual projects.
“No matter what we do we will always support and respect each other.”
The split news came after Katya was caught kissing her Strictly partner Seann Walsh during last year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Both went on to publicly apologise for the indiscretion.
