Northern Lights in US and Canada: What time will auroras be visible as solar storm hits?

Where will the Northern Lights be visible

Weather permitting, highly active auroral displays will be visible overhead from Barrow to Bethel, Dillingham and Ketchikan, and visible low on the horizon from King Salmon.

There will also be low visibility on the horizon from Seattle, Des Moines, Chicago, Cleveland, Boston and Halifax across the US.

In Canada, areas including Inuvik, Yellowknife, Rankin and Iqaluit to Juneau, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay and Sept-Iles could spot the dancing lights.

People living in Canada will have a stronger view of the northern lights.
