Virgin Media customers have complained they’re unable to connect to their broadband and can’t access the provider’s site this morning.
Independent outage monitor Downdetector has registered over 275 reports at one time from users insisting Virgin Media’s broadband is not working properly.
An outage map on the site showed the majority of the UK affected.
In response to the issues plaguing the provider, a swathe of customers have migrated to Twitter to vent their frustration.
One said: “Trying to work from home, and Virgin Media is down once again.
“Remind me why nationalised broadband would be a bad idea again?”
A second wrote: “Virgin Media what’s happening with your internet service?
“It’s down more than it’s working, are there problems in the neath area again. Very frustrating paying for a service that does not work for half of the month.”
