Weight loss is tricky and diets come in all shapes and sizes that can be confusing. However, one diet that has become and remained hugely popular is the keto diet.

Keto diet meal plan

Breakfast: Iced coffee with cream, if she feels hungry

Lunch: Scrambled egg with spinach, side of bacon, and avocado

Snacks: Pickles, cheese, pepperoni and pork rinds

Dinner: Burger without the bun or chicken wings with ranch sauce

Dessert: Peanut butter fat bomb

She also uses intermittent fasting to lose weight. Senitha said: “I try to intermittent fast using the 16:8 plan, which involves not eating for 16 hours and eating in an 8-hour window.

“I usually drink tons of water during my fasting period.”

There are other forms of intermittent fasting, including the 5:2 diet.

What can you not eat on the keto diet?

Any food that is high in sugar (carbohydrates) is out on the keto diet.
