Android smartphones today come with support for dual-SIM card slots, enabling users to use two different numbers on a single device. Officially you cannot use two WhatsApp accounts in one smartphone. However, companies including Samsung and Huawei now offer the Duel Apps or Dual Mode feature, allowing users to run two different accounts of the same chat app, while Google Play is another option.
WhatsApp’s position is an account can only be verified with a single number on one device.
Those possessing a dual SIM phone must select only one number to verify with WhatsApp.
The mobile messaging app offers no option to have a WhatsApp account with two phone numbers.
Attempting to frequently switch WhatsApp account between different devices may eventually be blocked from re-verifying their account.
WhatsApp wrote in a statement: “Please don’t repeatedly switch between different devices and numbers.”

How to use Google Play to manage multiple accounts:
Many smartphone users create multiple online accounts on the same service to manage multiple tasks or partition their personal and professional lives.
