Emmerdale resident Noah Tate (Jack Downham) could find himself in hospital over coming episodes if his plan to fit in with hs friends backfires. In upcoming scenes there will be a party in the village and all the local teenagers will be in attendance.
Rebel Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) turns up with newcomer Danny (Louis Healy), who she befriended earlier this summer, despite her family’s concerns about the youngster.
In scenes set to air next week, Danny’s troublemaking ways come to light as he brings drugs to the party.
But, in a bid to enjoy her life while she can, Sarah swallows a mystery pill as Noah watches in horror.
Over the years, fans have watched as poor Sarah has been dealt bad card after bad card as she suffers with multiple health issues including rare genetic disease Fanconi anaemia, throat cancer and undergone bone marrow and heart transplants.

Elsewhere in the Dales, another resident is having a crisis.
Lydia Hart (Karen Blick) is still reeling from her mum Agatha Finn’s (Judith Baker) revelations about her father’s Huntington’s disease.
Shellshocked, she decides to share the devastating news with her husband Sam (James Hooton) and the rest of the Dingle clan.
They are left shocked, as Lydia worries that she could be carrying inherited brain disorder too.
