Kel star Joe previously hinted his time on the cobbles is “finite” during an appearance on Lorraine.
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly, he said: “I have no idea how long I have left, it is open-ended.
“The character I’m playing, I’ll never be a regular on Corrie that’s for sure.”
“My role will come to an end,” the Coronation Street star added.
