Last week, those watching at home saw Lydia Hart (Karen Blick) hand over her inheritance to pay off the thug, and while Charity also dug into her pockets and offered £10,000, it seems that isn’t the sum total of the money she stole.
During scenes which aired this evening, Vanessa told Lydia and Sam Dingle (James Hooton) the grim details of Charity stealing indirectly from her family.
But she hinted at Charity having more money than the £10,000 she handed to Mandy.
“Charity wouldn’t know the truth if it smacked her in the face,” Vanessa slyly said.
