Donald Trump Jr.’s Appearance On The View Was Absolute Chaos – See The Video

The ladies of The View claim to represent a range of political opinions, with Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, and Sunny Hostin landing on the left and Abby Huntsman and Meghan McCain on the right. However, all five ladies agreed on one thing during a recent episode with guest Donald Trump Jr. – they don’t like President Donald Trump. During Trump Jr.’s appearance, the show turned into absolute chaos while the hosts attacked their guest from every angle. This lead to loud arguments and boos from the crowd.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Trump Jr. went on the show with his girlfriend – former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle – to promote his new book Triggered: How the Left Thrives on Hate and Wants to Silence Us. And, when the hosts immediately started the segment with contentious questions, Trump Jr. fired right back and things escalated quickly.

The segment began with Huntsman – the daughter of 2012 Presidential candidate John Huntsman – confronting Trump about his dad’s retweet of an article that talked about the possible identity of a whistleblower who caused the impeachment inquiry around the POTUS’ phone call with the leader of Ukraine.

“The whole point of releasing a name is to intimidate someone, to threaten someone, and to scare other people from coming out,” Huntsman said. “That’s something dictators do.”

Trump attempted to point out that the media is very selective about what they cover, and there is never any outrage about threats to his family, like when they received a “white powder” in the mail.

Trump also tried to give examples of the hypocrisy in the “liberal” media, but the interview got out of hand, with all of the hosts trying to attack their guest and Trump attempting to defend his dad and himself while arguing with everyone around him.

During the commercial breaks, some audience members apparently shouted at the hosts, as well as Trump and Guilfoyle, and started arguing with many people at the roundtable.

Trump also tried to call out members of the panel for making their own mistakes. He accused Behar of once wearing blackface, and he also got into an argument with McCain about his dad’s character.

Goldberg – who is the moderator of the show – tried numerous times to calm things down. But, a healthy political discussion wasn’t in the cards, and Goldberg’s attempts were just an exercise in futility.
