Kandi Burruss Supports Kaseem Ladipo: ‘First Black Mayor Of College Park’

Kandi Burruss triggered a massive political debated in her comments following her latest IG post. She is supporting Kaseem Ladipo for First Black Mayor of College Park.

Here’s her post that she shared on her social media account:

‘College Park! Get out and make history today. First Black Mayor of College Park on the line. @kaseemforcollegepark is the guy. The current mayor has been the mayor for 23 years! Time for him to move on and let the new generation govern the city of College Park. VOTE TODAY! Repost from @isaachayes3,’ Kandi captioned her post.

Someone told Kandi: ‘It should not be because of his race that you guys vote for him; his intentions must be as well. Just because someone is back or African descent doesn’t make the person suitable for the job. This view has to be a mainland thing or southern custom.’

One follower said: ‘Don’t vote blindly. Look up every candidate. Your vote is your power, choose wisely.’

A follower posted this: ‘My daughter said Atlanta is the capital for black entrepreneurs; I think it’s time to relocate🤔’

After voting, Kandi told the following to her fans:

‘I just voted! @cosfga today you have to vote for a new city council member & a couple of other important items dealing with property taxes & a redevelopment powers law amendment they’re trying to add. Go vote today so you don’t have to complain later! My momma has been at the city council meetings every month trying to stay on top of what’s going on & she made sure I got out here to vote because she’s not happy with what’s been happening. #CityOfSouthFulton.’

Kandi made fans said a couple of days ago.

You probably know that back in September, Kandi and Todd were expecting their second child together.
