Lisa Faulkner, 47, took to Instagram yesterday to share a close-up picture of her sparkly wedding ring after tying the knot with MasterChef judge John Torode, 54, during a star-studded ceremony last month.
The former actress shared a picture of her freshly-manicured hands with her 201,000 followers and showed off her brand new jewellery at the same time.
The image captured her elegant gold wedding band alongside her stunning diamond engagement ring in the shape of a flower.
The newlywed star wrote: “I’ve never been one to look after my hands and especially not my nails but since I got engaged and then married I’m trying to look after them!!”
Sporting shiny pink nail varnish, the TV cook continued: “Thank you for helping me and doing such a lovely manicure @finishingtouchbarnet.”
Lisa and John were married at Aynhoe Park, a stunning Grade 1-listed 17th century country house in Northamptonshire on October 24.
Sharing professional pictures from their special day, the bride told her followers she had the “best day ever”.
Adding: ”Yesterday I married the man of my dreams @johntorodecooks and we had the BEST Day EVER, filled with all our family and friends and such Love.”
The MasterChef star echoed his new wife’s thoughts and told his 94,200 Instagram followers: “Love this girl @lisafaulknercooks and now we are Married #married #love #bestday.”
