“If I’m on my own in the big farmhouse sometimes you can freak yourself out and I don’t want to be frightened and upset in my own home so I try to distract myself.
“I never watch any horror film or other paranormal programmes or even my own because it scares me too much. It plays on my mind.”
Yvette recently took to Twitter to ask her 66,000 followers to let her know if they experience any paranormal activity while watching Most Haunted Live.
She wrote: “When energies are high, paranormal activity is heightened. Let me know if you experience anything tonight whilst watching #MostHauntedLive.”
