Melania Trump horror: FLOTUS and Donald branded ‘creepy’ by TV host after Halloween bash

US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania hosted a group of children for an annual celebration of staged trick-or-treating. However, the couple were brutally mocked by Mr Colbert on The Late Show for giving the children a “spooky experience”.

Mr Colbert quipped: “What a spooky experience for those children.

“‘It’s that big creepy house at the end of the block.

“They say the old man who lives there wears hair made from dead people.

“He looks like he’s wearing somebody else’s skin!’”

The FLOTUS and Trump made their entrance in front of crowds and cameras to the Addams Family theme song, much to the amusement of audiences across the world.

Mr Colbert decided to show the clip of the Trumps making their entrance with the theme song playing in the background.

The Late Show host seemed to think that the song choice was pretty apt.

He said after the clip: “That’s nice.

Mr Kimmel continued: “Families and local parents brought their kids to trick-or-treat.

“The president and first lady were there handing out candy. And what kind of music do you play when you have a bunch of little kids coming over?”

Mr Kimmel then cut to a clip of a woman carrying her child across the stage as Michael Jackson’s song, “Thriller” played.

“That’s right.

“Michael Jackson.

“I guess—maybe they don’t get HBO at the White House.”

The kids got candy, songs, the rare opportunity to see Rudy Giuliani bite the head off a pigeon.

“It really was a wonderful day.”

The TV host then played a clip of both the Trumps putting sweets on top of a Minion child’s head.

He said: “That’s one of the minions who doesn’t work for him.”
