The pair picked outfits similar to those worn by the singers at the MTV Video Music Awards back in 2003.
Kylie and Stassie even recreated the duo’s famous kiss, which took place during their stage performance in front on the star-studded live audience.
The iconic singers joined forces with songstress Christina Aguilera to perform Madonna’s tracks Like A Virgin and Hollywood when the smooch took place.
Kylie showcased her incredible figure in a skintight black ensemble and high-heeled boots in the video which she shared with her 149 million followers yesterday.
The beauty entrepreneur enhanced her features with a flick of black eyeliner and red lips to create Madonna’s look.
Mum-of-one Kylie donned a blonde wig for the occasion, which she styled into a low bun, to complete her transformation.
Stassie teamed a white lace mini dress with knee-high boots to create pop star Britney’s outfit.
She added several necklaces and a pair of white gloves to her ensemble to perfect the look.
In the video, the pair can be seen dancing to the same Madonna track – Like a Virgin – before coming together for the kiss.
