Jersey Shore’s Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Won’t Be Charged With A Felony Crime Regarding Jen Harley Dispute

According to a report from PageSix.com, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro won’t be looking at felony charges from his fight with his intermittent girlfriend, Jen Harley, near the beginning of the month. TMZ reported the news on Wednesday that he’ll avoid more serious charges after the police had to use a taser to subdue him.

After his arrest on the 4th of October, Ronnie’s case was transferred over from the LA County DA’s Office to the City Attorney. The site explained that the City Attorney will determine whether Ronnie will be slapped with misdemeanor charges.

Reported by TMZ, the 33-year-old, if convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence, the punishment will be one year in jail. As it was previously reported, Ortiz-Magro was accused of assaulting his girlfriend and mother of his child, Ariana Sky, Jen Harley.

After the incident, Harley received a protective order against him although it was inevitably pulled on the 11th of October. This past week, Harley took to her Instagram for the first time in weeks following Ronnie’s arrest.

Page Six reported earlier that the Fashion Nova ambassador took to her IG last Monday for the first time since Ronnie’s arrest. Jen took her child, Ariana, to a pumpkin patch with two of her friends as well as their kids. She captioned the photo, “Pumpkin patch with our pumpkins.”

As it was noted above, Harley received a restraining order against Magro, indicating that Mr. Ortiz-Magro would have to stay at least 100 yards away from her and Ariana at all times. However, it was dropped one week later.

Ronnie returned to the ‘Gram as well this past weekend, using the social media platform to show off his trip to Disney World with Ariana. Sources who spoke with Us Weekly confirmed – following their brutal domestic dispute – that this time was the final straw.

Sources claimed Jen and Ronnie definitely wouldn’t be getting back together this time, although, one can’t say for certain. Ironically, during an interview from earlier this year, Ronnie said to reporters that despite some people saying their relationship was “toxic,” Jen kept him “balanced.”
