Microsoft has confirmed that there are issues affecting Xbox Live services tonight.
The problems are hitting Xbox One console owners tonight and don’t appear to be global.
“Our teams are looking into the errors that users are seeing with purchased content. Thank you to those who reported the issue,” a message from the Xbox Live support team reads.
Adding: “Our teams are still working on resolving this issue & getting you back to enjoying your content.”
It’s unclear what has caused tonight’s issues or how long they might last. But based on the number of reports, it appears that the problem might be resolved within the next hour.
According to the Xbox Live Server Status page, tonight’s problems are connected to accessing paid content.
This includes Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases on Xbox One or Windows 10 platforms.
