Melania Trump shock: How FLOTUS stays healthy despite surprising 'all-time favourite' meal

Some older interviews about the First Lady’s personal life have resurfaced, offering the public an insight into her life. As a former model, Melania is no stranger to a healthy lifestyle. A GQ article revealed the First Lady strived to eat seven pieces of fruit a day, all of which offer the vitamins and minerals for her hair.

She said: “I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body.”

The First Lady also revealed how she would start the morning off with a smoothie or some porridge.

In 2013, she shared what she calls her “every day delicious & healthy breakfast,” with her followers on Facebook.

During a White House event in 2017, Melania told a group of children the importance of a heathy lifestyle.

She said: “I encourage you to continue to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, so you grow up healthy and take care of yourself.”

Despite this, Melania does like to treat herself from time to time.

During an interview with New York Magazine in 2010, the First Lady revealed her favourite meal.

Melania said: “One thing I love most about New York is the variety of amazing foods you can eat.

The First Lady also revealed to the publisher how she was a stickler when it came to taking her vitamins.
