Roger Federer projected Swiss Indoors draw: Wawrinka, Tstisipas and Zverev in tough draw

If Roger Federer wants to win a tenth title at the Swiss Indoors, he may need to come through a testing draw in Basel.

All eyes will be on Federer as he looks to return to winning ways and capture a fourth title of the season.

The Swiss star is the top seed and opens his campaign on Monday against Germany’s Peter Gojowczyk.

Should Federer come through, he will play either Radu Albot or Dusan Lajovic in the second round.

The draw then gets significantly harder for the 38-year-old with his compatriot and good friend Stan Wawrinka a possible quarter-final showdown on Friday night.

The semi-finals and final could then see back to back battles with two men Federer spent plenty of time with at the recent Laver Cup.

Greek star Stefanos Tstisipas could be Federer’s opponent in the last four.

Then Federer may earn the chance to gain revenge over Alexander Zverev in the final, after losing to him in Shanghai earlier this month.
