Michael Jordan Reportedly Helps Open Up A Clinic In Charlotte For The Less Fortunate

Michael Jordan is in the spotlight these days following avery kind gesture that he decided to make. The Shade Room has more details on what exactly happened.

TSR revealed that during the past Thursday, ‘Michael Jordan paid it forward in his hometown of Charlotte, NC as he helped to open a clinic for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. ‘

TSR cites data from CBS News and reports, Michael was present to cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the Michael Jordan Family Medical Clinic.

‘Two years ago he donated a total of $7 million to Novant Health to build the facility in Charlotte, as well as another facility that has not opened yet,’ it was revealed.

It’s also worth noting that during his speech at the grand opening, Jordan said, ‘The money is not an issue for me, it’s the commitment to be able to make a difference and make an impact.’

TSR also mentioned the fact that the clinic, which is located on the west side of Charlotte is fully equipped with everything that is required.
