The cast of The Walking Dead are back in season 10 with all of the favourites back for another series on AMC and Fox UK. The new series sees an all-out war with Alpha (played by Samantha Morton) and the communities, as well as the introduction of a few new actors to the fray. Who is in The Walking Dead season 10 cast?
Alpha – Samantha Morton
Starting with the evilest character in The Walking Dead, the evil Alpha will return once more.
She’ll be played by Oscar-nominee Samantha Morton again and will go head-to-head with the communities.
Away from TWD, Morton’s best known for starring in Minority Report, Harlots and The Messenger.
Daryl – Norman Reedus
One of just a few surviving characters from season one returns in the form of Daryl.
He’s been played by Norman Reedus from the very beginning and along with the rest of the community leaders, he’ll fight against the Whisperers in season 10.
Reedus has also landed roles in Blade 2, Triple 9 and American Dad!

Carol – Melissa McBride
The longest-serving cast member is back in season 10 in the form of Melissa McBride as Carol.
Carol is desperate t exact revenge against Alpha for the death of her adoptive son Henry (Matt Lintz) in season nine.
TWD is McBride’s biggest role but she’s also enjoyed stints in The Mist, The Happys and Dawson’s Creek.
