MotoGP live stream: How to watch Thailand 2019 Grand Prix online

MotoGP 2019 continues today with the world’s best motorbike riders about to lock horns at the Chang circuit in Thailand.

Marc Marquez leads the title by 98 points and just needs to score two more than rival Andrea Dovizioso to win his sixth MotoGP championship today.

On Friday the Spaniard was involved in a massive highside during practice which left his Repsol Honda decimated.

Marquez said in the aftermath he wasn’t able to breathe for five seconds, and he had to be taken to hospital on a stretcher.

But he was declared fit to ride and heroically returned to free practice two to set the sixth fastest time for the day.

And in qualifying, despite another crash, Marquez qualified third with Maverick Vinales in second and Fabio Quartararo on pole.

Marquez’s nearest title rival Dovi put his Ducati in seventh position on the grid for the Thailand Grand Prix.

Speaking after his massive FP2 crash, Marquez said: “It was around five seconds that I couldn’t breathe.

“For that reason, I was there on the floor, in the gravel.

“And it’s only five seconds, but for me it was like twenty seconds there, because it was a big impact.

“And it’s true that then, step by step it was coming better and better, and when I arrived in the medical centre, I was already okay.

“Of course, I understand that the doctors tried to manage the situation in the best way … they preferred to have a deep scan to look at all these things.

“The most important thing is that I’m okay, painful everywhere.

“But the biggest thing after the crash was that I couldn’t breathe, so this was the main problem.”
