OnePlus took the wraps off its latest smartphone at a bustling event in India last month. The 7T totes some of the best features from the 7 Pro that debuted earlier this year such as a diverse triple camera system and a 90Hz display.
Aesthetically, the handset looks very similar to its predecessor, at least from the front. The device boasts an all-screen design but still has a small notch at its top.
Turning the phone over reveals an entirely new rear design that’s most notable for its circular camera system housing a 48-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel telephoto shooter and a 16-megapixel ultra wide-angle snapper.
OnePlus has also added a few other nifty improvements to the handset’s camera, such as a new macro photography mode that allows Android fans to get closer to subjects than ever before.
There’s a laundry list of other notable features on the 7T that are worth shouting about, such as faster charging and improved performance.

Although the OnePlus 7T won’t officially launch in the UK until October 10, that hasn’t stopped the Chinese firm already releasing improvements for it.
In fact, the firm has already announced a new version of OxygenOS – it’s Android skin that’s hugely popular for its speed and exclusive features – for the OnePlus 7T that promises to improve photo quality of the device.
In a blog post, the vendor declared the software will also improve the “stability” of its trio of lenses, something that will surely be appreciated by Android fans that find themselves with shaky hands whenever they try and capture a shot.
Although the firm didn’t elaborate, it did say the phone will be treated to “user experience improvements”, too.
Finally, the newest software should also exterminate bugs that have manifested themselves within OnePlus’ OxygenOS skin.
OnePlus has said the new update will be rolled out slowly, but we’re betting it will be available to download the moment the phone releases in the West.
Assuming a notification doesn’t automatically appear alerting you to the upgrade, it can be downloaded manually in the phone’s settings.
