WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Riverdale.

In the very last episode of season three, Chic Cooper was unveiled to be the Gargoyle King.

Several theories have emerged surrounding Chic being used as a scapegoat for the real Gargoyle King.

The main problem for fans stems from the height of Chic compared to the enigmatic character.

Chic doesn’t appear to be anywhere near as tall as the mysterious figure spotted by several characters.

Of course, it could just be a filming inconsistency but it seems like it would too big a factor to miss.

Theories and potential theories don’t stop there for the Gargoyle King either.

A second agreed: “I would buy Chic being the GK (Gargoyle King) if we didn’t already know it was Tall Boy who broke into the Coopers.”

While a third said: “Also the Gargoyle King is creepy but not as creepy as Chic was #Riverdale.”
