Frozen is back with its newest instalment, Frozen 2, which will hit cinemas this winter. Idina Menzel returns as Queen Elsa, while Kristen Bell plays her resourceful and loving sister Anna. The first film’s main song, Let It Go, set hearts aflutter – and the new soundtrack is set to do the same.
How many new songs are on the Frozen 2 soundtrack?
The new soundtrack is available to pre-order for digital download ahead of its release on November 15.
On the track list are songs performed by Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and everybody’s favourite snowman, Olaf.
There are seven new songs in Frozen 2, while the soundtrack also includes three of those songs performed by famous stars including country singer Kacey Musgraves and bands Panic! At The Disco and Weezer.
There is also a fan favourite from the first film which, it seems, will be continued in the second film: Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People.
Other than the main foursome, portrayed in the film by Menzel, Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad, Frozen newcomer Evan Rachel Wood also features in two songs in the movie.
Wood is expected to portray Elsa and Anna’s mother in Frozen 2, but there are various theories as to how that storyline will play out.

What is Frozen 2 about?
Frozen 2 follows the group from the first Frozen film as they try to save the kingdom when strange weather conditions and magical forces threaten to destroy their home.
