The wife of Coronation Street actor Sam Aston, 26, took to Instagram to tell fans about her experience.
According to The Sun, she wrote: “Last Sunday me and Sam sat in bed with a cup of tea binge watching Unbelievable (seriously great show on Netflix) with both doggies under the covers and we discussed having the perfect, cosy Sunday.
“Then I started to get crippling pains in my back and belly.
“Long story short: Sam took me to hospital where I was given morphine for what we think was kidney stones and that ruined our Sunday dream.
“So we’re living and loving it this week instead.”
Sam and his spouse spent their cosy weekend doing yoga, cooking and baking.
Briony, a yoga coach, went on to insist she is now fine as she added: “I hope you’re all having a happy (kidney stone free) Sunday.”
“(PS. before the meds, the nurse basically turned into a yoga teacher and taught me how to breathe, because somehow despite teaching breath-work about 17 times a week I somehow forgot how to breathe) nurses rock.”

Earlier this year, Sam Aston and Briony tied the knot at a lavish ceremony in Manchester.
The actor exchanged vows with the yoga instructor in front of many of his co-stars including Alan Halsall.
Discussing the moment he saw his wife in her dress for the first time, he told OK! Magazine: “When I turned around and saw Briony, I thought she looked unbelievably beautiful.
“The ceremony was a surreal experience – it was joy on the highest level.”
Briony added: “The whole day was perfect. I didn’t stop crying! I didn’t think Sam would be as emotional as he was.”
The newlyweds performed their first dance to John Legend’s hit Stay With You, which included a number of yoga and acrobatic moves.
Briony went on to say she hopes the couple have “a house full of children” in the future.
She added to the publication: “I want a house full of children but we want to do things like go on a Harley-Davidson trip through northern Italy.
“We’ll do that and then think about babies!”
The couple announced their engagement back in June 2017 after five years of dating.
Sam popped the question at a charity golf tournament alongside some of his Coronation Street co-stars.
