22: It has to be said England’s discipline is really poor here. They are giving away needless penalties time and time again.

Cut that out and they could easily have had three tires.

A reminder that they will want a bonus point bu winning by a big margin here in Kobe.

Unfortunately at the crucial moment England knock on and USA have a scrum to try and clear their lines.

Desperate news for the USA.

I wonder if Donald Trump is watching.

11.40am: The teams are out as England look to record a second straight win in the Rugby World Cup.

The national anthems are about to be observed before we get underway in Kobe.

Can England make a statement with a victory here?

ENGLAND’S PATH TO GLORY

11.20am: Let’s have a quick reminder of where England stands in the World Cup.

To progress to the knockout phases, England have to finish in the top two of their Pool, which also contains France, Argentina, USA, and Tonga.

Each team plays each other before the final standings are revealed.

If England top the Pool, they’ll head into the quarter-finals, and face the team that came second in Pool D. If they finish second in their Pool, they’ll play the winner of Pool D.

Pool D contains Australia, Wales, Georgia, Fiji, and Uruguay.

Either way, it’s going to be a tough match in the first knockout round for Eddie Jones…

JOE COKANASIGA’S TIME TO SHINE

11.00: England World Cup winner Jason Robinson has backed Cokanasiga to shine against the USA.

He’s different from all of the other wingers in Eddie Jones’ armoury, and he can cause problems.

The England legend also wants Cokanasiga to go looking for the ball to make things happen.

“This is his time to show the world what he’s got”, said Robinson.
