The presenter is known for often oversharing with his listeners. And while discussing the prospect of Christmas presents with his co-presenter Alexander Vassos, things got personal. Chris began: “I know what you want for Christmas and it’s great when somebody says not.
“I think that I said I don’t think she can just go and get them done without me because that would be that would be the best present ever.
“But she’s organizing for my for my varicose veins to be done and they are the most mountainous.
“I’ve never seen anybody in the world with worse varicose veins than mine, have you? “
Vassos replied: “Right. I can’t imagine that there are people with worse.
“And it’s actually it’s important you get them done. So that’s a good thing.”
According to the NHS, varicose veins are swollen and enlarged veins that usually occur on the legs and feet.
They may be blue or dark purple, and are often lumpy, bulging or twisted in appearance.
It comes after Chris revealed the shock tactic he employed to lose weight quickly.
The presenter is often open with his listeners and shares an array of stories and anecdotes surrounding his life.
And in the stunning confession, Chris admitted that he would sometimes fast for 16 hours in a bid to beat the podge.
The 53-year-old’s admission came around after a fellow Virgin Radio employee offered him a brownie.
