Flights: Watch terrifying near-death experience onboard flight caught on camera

Air travel comes with its own set of risks, although such instances are very rare. In fact, for the most part air travel is deemed one of the safest modes of transport, but every now and then danger strikes. One such occasion was captured on camera by a passenger, revealing what happens inside the cabin when the journey takes an unexpected turn.

The footage reveals the moment a plane dramatically runs into turbulence mid-flight not its way to an unspecified destination.

Travellers are seen to be seated and unaware of the peril they will soon face.

Usually turbulence can be predicted, which is why pilots turn on the fasten seatbelt signs every now and then.

However, there are rare occasions when unexpected winds crop up from nowhere.

In the video it appears a flight attended is mid-service, making her way down the aisle with snacks and drinks.

It is at this unfortunate moment that the plane collides head first with a violent jet stream, sending the cabin into chaos.

The flight attendant Is thrown into the air, sending her trolly flying. PassengerShaming, who posted the viral video clip to their Instagram, point out that these trollies can do some major damage, weighing in at a whopping 200lbs when fully loaded with food and beverages.

The woman sat directly beside the aisle is drenched with liquid from the various drink atop the trolly.

The moment sends her into panic, and as the main focal point of the video, her fear is a perfect representation of the way most passengers onboard were likely to be feeling.

The post has garnered a lot of attention, with over 5,000 video views and a host of comments.

One Instagram user points out that the woman appears to begin praying as panic sets in. The comment reads: “That lady goes straight into prayer making her peace with God.”

Meanwhile another user describes their own experience with intense turbulence. While the user notes she has not experienced something “that extreme”, she writes: “ 2 or 3 bins opened. I was a passenger with my daughters…little boy next to her threw up on her too. Good times”

The timing of the incident leads the viewer to wonder if the passenger filming just happened to have their phone out at the crucial moment, or if they anticipated something dramatic was about to unfold.

On a separate flight, another passenger used their mobile phone to capture the vile behaviour of their fellow flyer.

Branded as “disgusting” and “gross” one male passenger stopped off his shoes and socks before poking his bear toes through the seat gap into the row in front of him.

Adding insult to injury, the passenger infant who came face-to-face with his toes appears to be an innocent toddler.

The PassengerShaming account asks the question: “Thoughts on a random bare foot peeking through your seat and almost touching your baby’s head?”

So far the post has almost 3,000 likes, and an array of commenters sharing their outrage.
