Nadia Sawalha, 54, took to Instagram last night to share two eye-popping holiday snaps with her 186,000 followers.
In the pictures, the Loose Women panelist can be seen completely naked in an outdoor swimming pool during her family vacation.
The television star, who is in Greece with her husband Mark Adderley and children Maddy, 16, and Kiki 12, said the image, which was taken by her husband, marked a massive leap in personal body confidence.
She wrote: “Whole next level in body confidence for me!!! I can’t believe it but I only swam flaming naked in the flaming pool today!!! This has never happened!!! #liberating”.
Nadia, who has been married to TV producer mark for 17 years, went on to add: “Poor @mark_adderley‘s eyes nearly popped out of his head!! He literally squeaked ‘your naked‘ and then took these snaps.”
The ‘liberated’ TV star, who can be seen covering her breasts with her hands while floating in the water in the pictures, said it felt good to swim totally free in the swimming pool but admitted that she still wasn’t as confident as she would like to be.
The mother-of-two continued: “I nearly drowned trying to get my bikini back on IN the pool!! Not quite ready to haul myself up the steps in my birthday suit!!! Maybe next year eh girls!!
Taking to the comments section of the image, Nadia’s eldest daughter remarked: “so powerful and beautiful, i love you xoxoxo”.
