Motorola Moto G7 Power | Full Review

Without a doubt, Motorola’s brilliant Moto G7 Power is one of the best budget smartphones you can buy in 2019. With its UK price set at £179, you get stunning value – battery life is unmatched, the specs are solid and even the single-lens camera is respectable for a cheaper mobile. Here’s my no-frills review, revealing all my thoughts in a new quick-fire format!

Apologies for the rubbish sound, my mic crapped out on me. Blegh.

I used the Moto G7 Power as my personal smartphone before MWC 2019 and really enjoyed my time with it. The daily experience is smooth, thanks to the Snapdragon chipset, generous 4GB of RAM and the vanilla Android Pie OS. But of course it’s the mighty 5000mAh battery that really steals the show. In my tests, it takes a solid 20-24 hours of movie streaming and PubG action to drain the thing, then Motorola’s Turbo Charge tech gets you back to full without much of a wait.

Stay tuned for my round-up of my favourite sub-£200 handsets available right now, which should be live Monday. I’ve also reviewed the best budget camera phones and other affordable blowers, right here on Tech Spurt!
