Holly completed her smart look with matching heels and a gold necklace.
Adding to her glamorous display, she wore her blonde tresses in an elegant up’ do and contoured her make-up.
During her red carpet appearance, Holly giggled alongside Loose Women star Christine Lampard, 40.
The latter, who is the wife of Frank Lampard, showcased her sensational physique in a red jumpsuit.
In one snap, Christine was seen struggling to contain her laughter as the pair shared a joke.
Holly and Christine joined a series of famous faces at the event held to raise funds for children battling cancer.
The duo were joined by the likes of Ben Shephard, 44, and his wife Annie, newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky, 47, and Declan Donnelly, 43, with his wife Ali.
Earlier this week, Holly Willoughby flashed her well-defined pins at the TV Choice Awards.
In another glamorous display, the presenter opted for a beige dress adorned with patterns.
Holly accompanied her red carpet look with open-toe nude heels.
