Netflix has released a first look special, which hits the streaming service in November.

Meanwhile, the documentary-filmmaker is featured in her latest new series, Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over.

The programme follows the Strictly champion as she spends 72-hours in the company of a wide range of extraordinary characters and families, with the kinds of relationships we’ve never seen up close before.

She recently opened up about the show and one particular family who are involved in a polyamorous relationship.

The TV presenter delved into the lives of a three-person romance – which is commonly referred to as a “throuple” – and said she thought it seemed “brilliant”.

Speaking to Angela Scanlon on BBC Radio 2, Stacey addressed polyamorous relationships.

Angela asked: “In my head, a throuple – this is my issue obviously – it would be kind of a weird thing. “It would just be a bit weird but they’re really quite a cool bunch.”

Stacey replied: “Do you know what, this is what I love about this episode in particular. I think it’s really unexpected.

“I think you have these preconceived ideas and probably negative connotations about what kind of people you’re going to meet.”

She continued: “I’ve watched loads of films on polyamorous relationships before and you’ve always felt sorry for one or two of them. You’ve always thought, I don’t know if your heart’s totally in it.

“But you go into this house and they’re all beautiful. They’re all young, they’re all articulate, they’re all bright.

“They’re all quite dignified and they very clearly explain why this works for them. And it was amazing. I really liked them and I thought they were brilliant.”

Elsewhere, Stacey took to Instagram to tease her 733,000 followers with some exciting news.

The small-screen star shared a snap of herself as she revealed she will be attending the National Theatre to discuss her career.
