Sarah (played by Katie Hill) will find herself developing a crush as part of an upcoming storyline on the ITV soap.
However, she could live to regret it when she finds out the real nature of the one she desires.
An arrival could turn Sarah’s world upside down as newcomer Danny (Louis Healy) makes his way into Emmderale for a series of episodes over the next few months.
Sarah is smitten with the teenager, however, the soap has teased he might not be all that he seems.
Could Danny be a danger to Sarah and her family? Viewers will have to wait and see.
The star playing the newcomer, Louis Healy, is the son of actors Denise Welch and Tom Healy.
Now a Loose Women presenter, Denise is well-remembered for her stint on Coronation Street where she played Natalie Barnes.
Danny isn’t the only new addition to the village as Tommy Cannon will be starring as Derek.
The character is a regular patient of Doctor Manpreet Jutla (Rebecca Sarker) on the programme.
Both characters will make their debuts in the week commencing September 16.

Emmerdale already has its fair share of complicated relationships playing out at the moment.
Last night saw Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) issuing a worrying threat last night as his affair with Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) continues.
He’d been juggling Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) wife along with another of his lovers, Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson).
But when Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) found out about the affair with Moira, she issued him an ultimatum.
Amy had admitted her role in the factory fire to Nate so Kerry tried to blackmail him into keeping quiet.
She said he had to keep quiet about the fire and dump Amy or she would tell Cain about the affair.
He ended things with Amy, saying it was because of her involvement in Frank Clayton’s (Michael Praed) death.
But there was a misunderstanding, as Moira thought he was breaking things off with Amy to be exclusively with her.
In response, Nate mused: “Sometimes some people don’t realise how hard I can make things for them. And right now, there’s not much stopping me.”
Could it mean that someone is in danger as Nate thinks about his next move?
Emmerdale continues tonight at 7pm on ITV.
