While some celebrities have been dealing with negative feedback for their comments regarding Hurricane Dorian, others have been affected more directly by the weather event.
Recent reports indicate that Wendy Williams had to spend her planned-trip alone, instead of being with NeNe Leakes and Tamar Braxton.
This came after reports that the flights of both other reality TV stars have been canceled as a result of the hurricane.
In a follow-up post on social media, Wendy seems joked about being displeased about the situation — not at the hurricane itself though, but rather at her friends accusing them of standing her up.
She added that she had received an alternative invitation to just hang out in New York instead. The TV host, later on, shared a photo of what her cuddly and tamed down girls’ night out looks like.

This follower revealed: “Wendy I would be so damn mad if I flew all the way over there and had to come back the next day lmao. Everybody ran from Dorian, and the Hurricane is coming nowhere here. You should of ask a real Floridian instead of listening to the Meteorologist, who love to hype things up!”

At this point, there has been a lot of talk about Hurricane Dorian. Hopefully, it passes without any major incidents, although history has shown that people need to be careful in situations like these.
