PS Plus September 2019 WARNING ahead of big PS4 free games release

The PlayStation Store has been updated with new PS4 content just days before the launch of the new PS Plus September 2019 lineup of free games.

As usual, gamers will have to wait until the first Tuesday of the month to download the next PlayStation Plus titles.

This will happen on September 3 and will also see Sniper Elite 4 and WipeOut Omega Collection revert to their normal pricing.

So PS4 gamers should be warned that they only have a limited amount of time left to claim these for their digital accounts.

If you haven’t forgotten to do so, you can head over to the PS Store and claim both games right now.

These will remain available to play in your account for as long as you have an active PlayStation Plus membership.

Sony warns that they can remove free games as early as September 2, so Monday could be your final chance to do so.

But most gamers report being able to claim these titles all the way up to the time they are officially replaced.

Here’s more from Sony, who confirmed in a new post: “Both Batman: Arkham Knight and Darksiders III are available to download from the PlayStation Store between September 3rd and September 30th.

“In the meantime, you still have a few days left to pick up August’s PlayStation Plus titles.

“WipEout Omega Collection is a lightning-fast, futuristic racing experience filled with death-defying circuits and cunning combat, while Sniper Elite 4 is a tense stealth shooter set at the height of World War II.

“Both games are available to download until 2nd September.”

As mentioned above, Batman: Arkham Knight and Darksiders III will be the new free games for September 2019.

This was announced earlier this week, alongside other new free content reveals from Sony.

For gamers in the UK with a PS Plus membership, they have access to a timed offer through Sky TV.

This PlayStation Plus Reward can be claimed now and includes getting a two month NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass for only £8.

This isn’t available in the United States, with gamers across the pond getting their own exclusive offers.

This includes the new Firewall Zero Hour free weekend, which is available to download right now.

The special VR trial is playable for free until September 2 and will also allow gamers to keep their XP/crypto/trophies by upgrading to the full game on the PlayStation Store.

Active PS Plus membership is required to access this free game trial, which also require a PlayStation VR headset.

There is also a PSN flash sale going on in North America, dropping the price on a number of digital games.

“PlayStation Store has a Flash Sale on the horizon with savings up to 50 percent – and we’re leaking a peek at the incoming bounty,” a message from Sony teases.

“Buckle up with the Bandicoot in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, prepare for Morphin time with Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid, and get ready to throw chin music with the greats in MLB The Show 19: All-Star Edition.

“This weekend’s Flash Sale ends September 2 at 8 AM Pacific.”
