Ariana Grande’s Depression Returns And She Cancels Meet And Greet – The Singer Says She’s Been Having Panic Attacks

Ariana Grande had no choice but cancel a fan meet and greet in Belgium due to the fact that she is really struggling with anxiety and depression lately. The singer has been on the road with her world tour for a long time and it looks like her mental health has been affected.

After all, the packed schedule she’s had since March 18 is a lot and it sounds like it’s finally caught up to her.

Now, she is in the middle of her European part of her Sweetener world tour but instead of attending a previously scheduled meet and greet session with her Antwerp, Belgium fans, Ariana was sorry to announce that her depression had returned and that she’s been having panic attacks as a result.

The star did not hesitate to be open and honest about what she’s going through, telling fans that she needs to rest and save her energy for the concert.

Sadly for the eager fans, that meant canceling the meet and greet.

In the post, she announced: ‘Hi my loves. Time for some honesty. Lately, my anxiety and depression have been at an all time high. I have been giving you all I have got and trying to push through as hard as I can and to mask it. Today’s been an extra rough one. After a number of panic attacks, I feel as if the wisest decision would be to not do soundcheck party or m and g today and preserve my energy for the show.’

Ariana went on: ‘I do not want to rush through our time together or to seem shaky. I like spending actual time with you and I will not be able to be present or to give you the best of me today. Anyone that had m and g or soundcheck today will be fully reimbursed for this decision of course. I love you. I am so sorry. I promise I’ll absolutely give you the best show I can.’

Judging by their supportive and loving comments, it sounds like Ariana’s fans were very understanding.
