It sounds like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have their hands full with their 3 months old baby boy, Archie Harrison and their many other royal responsibilities. However, luckily for them, they have an amazing nanny to help out and they couldn’t be any happier with her work, one insider claims.
This is especially great for the royal couple since the first two nannies they hired did not work out.
The source tells ET that the woman is a ‘blessing.’ The new nanny was actually spotted with Meghan and Harry during their getaway to their close pal Elton John’s chateau in France.
Furthermore, she is expected to accompany them on their South Africa trip as well this fall.
As for what happened with the first two nannies they hired, the insider dished that the first was fired for ‘lapse in professional duties’ pretty quickly.
The second was in fact a night nurse and that means she was not living in the home so that did not work out for Meghan and Harry.
Allegedly, the new nanny is just part of a number of other staff members they have been hiring in anticipation for Meghan’s return from her maternity leave.
The former actress is getting ready for a busy fall working on royal projects.
One new hire aside from the great nanny is a new private secretary replacing the trusted Samantha Cohen.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl previously told ET that the new parents did not care if they found an American nanny since all they wanted was ‘what’s best for their child.’
But even though they are getting a lot of help with the baby, that is not to say Meghan is not a busy mom.

‘Meghan’s been up in the night nursing, feeding on demand every few hours. Apparently he’s a hungry little baby,’ Nicholl dished.
