Terminator Dark Fate: New image revealed of Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back and bigger than ever for the latest Terminator movie. Producer James Cameron says he considers this film as a direct sequel to his previous films. And Arnold is looking pretty strong in a new image.

What does the new image show?

In the new image, Arnold is locked and loaded with a huge gun in hand and a leather jacket on his back.

He scowls as he stands in what looks like a military base as he goes to shoot his adversary.

But he has clearly been in a fight or two himself, as he has a cut across his left cheek.

What is Terminator: Dark fate about?

While little is known about the plot at present, it has been revealed that, 27 years after Terminator 2: Judgement Day, a new liquid metal Terminator, Rev-9, is sent from the future by Skynet to terminate a group of young people.

These people are Dani Ramos and a hybrid cyborg human, and their friends.

However, they are luckily saved as Sarah Connor and the original Terminator are there to help and fight for the future.

Also there to help is John Connor, the song of Sarah, who is played by the best-known actor in this role, Edward Furlong.

Who is in the cast?

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton are back as T-800/Carl and Sarah Connor.

Joining them is Edward Furlong, who is returning to his teenage role as Sarah’s son, John.

Dani and the cyborg human, Grace, are played by Natalia Reyes and Mackenzie Davis, while Gabriel Luna will play the evil Rev-9.

Alongside them in other roles are Diego Boneta as Dani’s brother, Miguel, Steven Cree and Enrique Arce.

Rumours also circulated that Michael Bin would be returning to the film as Kyle Reese, but he has since confirmed this will not be the case.

Terminator: Dark Fate is set to be released in the UK on October 25
