Kim Kardashian has recently been involved in a legal battle that many described as somewhat ridiculous.
The reality TV star was engaged in a dispute over the legal proceedings of her “Kimojis” after a former partner of hers brought up accusations that she might have stolen some ideas related to the app.
The range of emojis was launched some time ago, featuring emojis of most of the Kardashian and Jenner family members, and has been a mild success.
The lawsuit brought up against Kanye West’s wife made specific allegations regarding the way she had appropriated the use of Kimojis, but most details about the legal battle remain sealed because the courts never released them.
Kardashian herself seems insistent that the lawsuit should be buried deep underground, as it has been negatively affecting her business.
She even asked the court to dismiss the case immediately, or at least move it to arbitration. In the end, she seems to have gotten her way, for good or bad.
There have been various comments about the legal case, with some pointing out that Kardashian might have been trying to draw all that attention to herself on purpose.
However, Kardashian herself does not seem to agree with those accusations, and for now, has been displaying a relatively relaxed attitude about the overall case in the eye of the public.
For the time being, Kardashian can keep the $300 million that the company has made.
Meanwhile, the mother and businesswoman has been sharing photos of her children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West.
One fan told the model: “Everybody can hate on you all they want, but you are mom goals. You give your kids comfort while still allowing them to be expressive and figure themselves out as human beings. Your family is not only beautiful, but those kids have the perfect mama.”
